The strange man

Jeremy couldn't bring himself to stop Olivia from leaving. He hasn't even seen her since the last time she said she quitted. Although Olivia had submitted her resignation, she hasn't officially announced that she's leaving.

During board meetings, the directors were not happy because Olivia was in between a big project.
