He didn't see the reason they attacked him because Olivia might become his Alpha's bride if he eventually became the host of the Alcon. Olivia herself felt it was gross to do that to Klein.

The priestess went to Klein and gave him one of the pearls and since he wasn't out like Jeremy it was easy to feed him the pearl.

"What next?" Olivia asked.

"They will be fine in the next 3 minutes," she said.

Aside from the priestess they were all wondering what the pearl was all about but they were patient. Klein was the first to open his eyes and he jumped seeing where he was. He was amazed to see that he was in a shrine.

"How did I get here?" He shouted.

"Can you calm down Alpha?" The priestess said to him.

Klein's gaze combed the small room and he saw those seated there, then Jeremy who was still lying on the floor.
