The masked man looked at Klein. He hated to be distracted and that was what Klein had been doing since they arrived.

"If you don't want to be tied to a chair, you should shut that mouth," he growled.

Klein, knowing that he never makes empty threats, quickly shut his mouth. He watched as the man mixed a few strange herbs together. He didn't know how the herbs were going to work in their situation. He had thought the man was going to ask for help from a witch. He had thought he knew powerful witches but he is here mixing herbs.

He watched the man impatiently as he did what he did. When the man finally turned to him, he was glad. The waiting was too long for him.

"Where are the females?" The man asked.

"I kept them in the basement," Klein replied anxiously.

He hated to be kept in suspense but there was nothing he could do. He needed this man's help. He has his own plan being that he didn't trust this stranger. He led them to where the three females were kept.
