I avoided Xazix the whole day.
I still can't believe that I behaved that way last night. I remember everything I said, everything I did and I cling inwardly. Then, I remember the way he'd left me there all hanging with my pride in tatters, and I feel hurt.

Since morning, I know I won't be able to face him. So,I left the house early in search of work. I would have gone home but I promised Uncle Mark that I'll stay until Sunday.
