2024-10-29 19:42:56Dave kept quiet for long and it made me wonder what was going on in that mind of his. "What do you think man?? Sammy asked again.. He was getting impatient.
He was a real jerk and can hurt people without a single regret.Just then, Dave raised a finger and it made me more curious on what he mean by that. Wait? He does not talk when someone is around or what? Or has he become deaf and dumb?
But i haven't heard a rumor which says " Dave Willston has finally become deaf and dumb". I quickly snapped out of my thought.
Am i suppose to be thinking about being deaf and dumb right now? Come on Daisy! I need to get out of this mess before it becomes serious.
Oh goodness! This is the time i need Bryan to fucking play his daddy's role.

I released a breath i never knew i was holding.
Oh oh! That was closed i whispered to myself.I turned immediately and took to my heels. I ran and didn't stop until i mistakenly bumped into someone. Oh shit!
"Am sorry. I said without delay." where the hell are you running to?" Kelly voiced asked me. I raised my head up high immediately and wide my eyes as i stared at her. I felt like punching her right on her cute face.
I rolled my eyes at her and walked passed her without regret.
" hey! Did I do something wrong? By the way..uhm she itched her nape. I have been waiting for you Daisy I thought you followed the staircase to class. What happened??"You were suppose to be in class before me." She asked while rushing her words.
I don't even know where to begin."Why the hell where you running and breathing rough?? She asked curiously.
I took a quick deep breath...recalling what just happened few minutes ago." girl am so mad at you right now, believe me, i feel like suffocating you right now". I spoke with all seriousness..
"Wow! Calm down. Will you? Where did i go wrong Daisy to deserve this words right now? She asked with her eyes wide open." you left me to die Kelly". I replied in a haste"God saved me, if not; I could have been dead by now. I think this is one of the importance of going to church". I added." you are scaring me girl, what do you mean by you could have been dead by now huh? She asked in an anxious tone.My breathing was still not stable, so Kelly dragged me out of the hallway to a quiet spot around the basket ball court. "Okay tell me everything... Who tried to kill you? She asked terrified.
" A student from this school". I replied simply
What? A student?? She asked in shock." was he holding a knife or gun? Did you pissed him off? Did he try to touch you? What did he do to you?? Kelly asked fearfully in a rush as she searched my whole body if there was a scratch.
I almost laugh due to her reaction. But come to think of it, i was damn scared earlier. I almost died due to fear. What could they have done to me if Dave had agreed with Sammy?
I shook my head...I need to stay away from those boys.
"Daisy! Kelly yelled my name." Am asking a question for Christ sake." She added.
Uhm.. I..I stammered. I ran into Dave and his friends earlier, and they try to punish me for going through that particular route.What? They try to hurt you? She asked in surprised.
"Yes" I nodded. And her countenance changed."Those jerks, because they can get away with the school rules and do whatever they feel like, does not mean they should treat others like trash." Kelly said in rage.
"Calm down okay! Am just glad am fine. We stayed quiet for some minute, and i could feel Kelly trying all possible means to calm herself down. She has a short- temper and does not always end well.
She can't even fight them, those boys are dangerous.
Just then, we heard the bell goes off. It was closing hour already. Thank heavens!Right timing! I exclaimed." let's get our bags and head home" Kelly spoke in a calm way, as if she was not the same person that yelled some minutes ago.
We walked to class and grabbed our books. Then head to our locker, got a few stuffs before locking it back. I will make sure Kelly does not say a thing to Bryan.
"Believe me, that guy is stubborn and will go extra miles for the ones he love. I know if i report this to the principal, they won't be able to do anything because the principal is Dave's uncle. Heard the school was build by Dave's dad.
That's one of the things that makes his ego high. On a second thought, i feel like slapping myself so hard for crushing on him for years. He is just too good looking.
So many thought filled my head as i walk with Kelly to our ride. Bryan and anna were waiting for us already.
I smiled as we got to the car, but Kelly was not smiling one bit. Please! Bryan can be so observant, i don't want him to find out what happened today.
Those guys are jerks but i don't want my brother suspended for trying to fight for his kid sister. Geez! Did i just make that obvious. "Kid sister?
"Why are you all moody? Especially you Kelly." Anna asked immediately we got into the backseat.
I tried to signal Kelly to smile, just a little at least. But she refuse to even look at me.
She is damn stubborn. I nudged her but she didn't even spare me a stare. "Did something happen today? Bryan asked as he stared at Kelly.Huh?? Did he just asked a question? Please Kelly! Don't tell him about earlier. I prayed in my heart.
