Chapter Twelve

Tommy was standing close to Isabella the whole time, just for his dad to notice his increase in height.

Irene gave out a faint cough, gaining Antiono's action.

“I think your boy has something to show you.”

“Am taller daddy”. Tommy spilled out immediately.

Isabella hissed at Tommy as she continued with her breakfast.

“Wow , that's amazing, you grew taller, am happy for you boy”. Antiono said smoothing Tommy's hair.

Now he understood why Isabella was crying earlier,he laughed at the thought of that.

Antiono's phone rang .

He saw the number but he quickly cut the call ,he didn't want to pick up. This cut Irene's attention. Maybe he was avoiding work anyways.

Antiono knew who it was , he saw her text ,her frequent call ,but he never responded to any of them. He was getting sick of it already.

The phone rang again with a caller ID Mabel Richards.

“What on earth was wrong with this lady”.

He cut the call.
