Zach

"Son, that's the only way out!"

"But dad... Jay is missing. He's your son and the true alpha. The heir. I can't snatch this from him." Buck says.

" but he isn't here. He chose to embarass us. He betrayed us. We can't keep on waiting for him. Buck, do this."

"The alpha is right. You should do this. It's the right thing. Buck, Jay has betrayed us. He has double crossed us. Do this Buck for the family. Its an opportunity and I promise to be here with you always."  Lora says as she walks in to the room.

I watch her sit beside Buck. Thank goodness she came. I mean, I'm literally begging my 18 year old son and it's hurting my pride.

"You, I thought you were in love with Jay?"

"I was till he decided to treat me this way. I can't just fool around and decide to wait for him. I need you. The pack needs you".

A smirk appears on my face. Lora just seems to have the right words to convince Buck.

"Shouldn't you still search for him? I mean he may not be far"

"Buck, there's no time. And Buck I'm tired of explaining things to you. You're gonna do this and it's final."

"Don't force this on me dad, I need time to think" He retorts in quite an annoyed voice. 

"You have few hours." I say and walk out.

Buck

I watch Lora trail her fingers on my shoulder seductively.  Just making me feel so warm and welcomed.

"Buck, I love you. Yes I loved Jay but it's in the past. I love you. I want to be with you, I want to rule by your side. Buck, do this. It's the right thing" She says caressing my lower jaw.

"What about finding my mate? What about her and your mate too. Don't you think we should just do it the right way?"

"O please.  How long do we keep on waiting on mates. I know for sure you've always wanted me even when I was with Jay. Now you've me Buck. I'm all yours. Don't throw me away like this. I want to be with you."

"You knew?" I ask a bit stunned and she nods with a sober expression. 

"Is this right?" I ask and she nods, pecking my lips right after.

We let the passion and desire rule us as we fall on the bed.

Zach

Buck just has to do this. I need him to. Its embarrassing having Jay run away.

He missed his marriage. 

Buck just has to accept this. He doesnt have much of a choice.

"Oh dearest alpha, Buck seems so easy to convince." Lora walks in majestically with her seductive smile.

Her words clarifies everything. Obviously, she has succeeded in convincing Buck.

"Oh Lora, what will I do without you!" I pull her in to my embrace showering her with kisses all over.

"Nothing Alpha, absolutely nothing.  Soon I'll be the Luna and you be whatever you want. We both to gain from this" She says laughing hard.

"You really are one in a million. To think I can ever have a mate as precious you." I lean in and kiss her soft cherry lips.

"But Alpha, what about Jay? The pack will wonder and you don't want to give them a reason to doubt do you?" 

"True!" I caress my chin. I've been thinking only about convincing Buck, never really got to think about this.

"We could say he died!" She blurts out.

"Died from what?"

"Rogues!" She responds.

"Then they will expect me to fish out the rogues and also want to see his body."

"You're the alpha. You can make your way around this. No one can challenge you." She caresses my chin lovingly. 

Just when I'm about to lean in for another kiss, I inhale her scent. My gaze meets with Lucia's. 

Lora notices her presence too and the air just becomes extremely awkward.

"I'll leave Alpha!" Lora said quick and walked out without even sparing Lucia a glance.

I roll my eyes, from the expression on her face, she's gonna complain.  She's gonna nag. That's the only thing she has ever done.

Taunt me. Really wonder why I chose her.

"So you're having an affair with Lora? The girl you chose for Jay? How could you Zach?" I ignore her and just focus on adjusting my shirt.

"You're horrible. Your son, our son, the heir is missing and you're here messing around with Lora? How cruel are you? What's your plan huh? What's your game? You want to make Buck the next Alpha while his brother is somewhere only the goddess knows where and you want to tell the rest of the pack he died?"

Her cry irritates me and I just want to slap her hard but I conceal it.

"If you can't be a good husband can't you atleast be a good father?"

"Lucia!" I yell feeling so annoyed by what she had said.

"What? Huh? You wanna slap me or hit me like you always do? Zach, you forced me. You made me yours against my will. You marked me forcefully and brought me here. I never ever got a happy moment since I got to be with you. You denied me the privilege to have a destined mate and here you are still messing around? Ain't you ashamed? Do you want your sons to have your life? Your miserable life? You want to force Lora on Buck now. Only goodness knows what your game is. Zach you're horrible.  Just let my son be and find his brother. Let him be..."

"Lucia, you're very foolish. Very foolish. And you got some guts to say all these rubbish to my face. Who the hell do you think you are huh? I did you a favour making you my Luna but now, I totally regret it!" I snap.

"I don't care what you think of me. I just don't want you to ruin my son's life the way you ruined mine. I don't want that. I can't bare that. Just do something Zach. Stop all of this. There's still time. You can change."

"Stop wasting you time woman and get out of here. Now!" I yell but all she does is laugh. 

"I'll go. I'll go. I'll go and tell everyone what you're doing. What you've doing and what you plan on doing."

"You won't dare!"

"Watch me!" I pull her back stomping her from leaving.

"Let go of me Zach. Let me go. I want to tell everyone your crimes. They deserve to know that their Alpha, is a bloody cheat and deceitful wolf. Let go of me!" She struggles hard.

The determination is so evident in her eyes and I know if she leaves, she's definitely gonna spill the beans.

Having no other choice, I reach for my dagger and stab her three times.

I just had to do it. Now have silenced her forever.

I wipe the blood off the dagger on her cloth and watch her lifeless body.

I do wonder what exactly I'll tell the pack. Obviously she's been stabbed.

I insert the dagger in to her wounds and place her hands on it.

It's gonna look like she had killed herself. Like she had committed suicide and I have the perfect excuse why.
