CHAPTER HUNDRED AND TWENTY

Bree woke up with a stinging pain in her lower back, so sharp and piercing that it scared her, but it disappeared just as quickly as it had come.

Her mind shot to the baby first as did her hand, cupping her bump with hopes that her child was okay.

She was seven months plus along now, only a couple months more at most and her bundle of joy would finally be here, a part of their lives.

Their lives.......the thought brought a damper with it, clouding the joy she had mustered.
