With my hands in my pockets, I watched Elisabeth run off like a child. I shook my head, smiling. How could she bring so much lightness to this troubled heart?

Despite a subtle weakness, I ran after her up the stairs and wrapped my arms around her waist, throwing us onto the bed.

“I got you!” I grinned, tickling her as she laughed.

“Stop, stop.” Lis laughed.

“Say yes, and I'll stop,” I teased.

“No. No fair, stop. I can't breathe.” She said this, crying with laughter. “It's not fair, not like this.”

“Then say I'm the best boss.” I continued tickling her.

“I can't lie,” she joked, laughing and writhing.

“Oh really?” I tickled her more.

“Alright, you're the best boss in the world,” Lis said, laughing breathlessly, her face completely red.

“Now, say I'm the best lover and teacher you've ever had.” I tickled her ribs, pinning her legs with mine. “Say it!”
