Training had been too hectic for Serena. She thought of giving up for a long while. The tasks were too rigorous for her but, with time, soon started enjoying every bit of it.
She never went out of the mansion except on weekends. Developing a closer relationship with her wolf had made everything better for her.

There were three other persons in the room with them. Serena jerked and sat upon the bed. Even King Zed was no longer on the bed. He was sitting shirtless behind his big desk. The three persons present in the room were; the King's Beta, granny Felicia and an older man with a strong wolf's aura Serena couldn't recognize. She felt that something was wrong. Even her wolf thought it too. For hours, she continued ignoring the uneasy feeling, but it remained there. Lunch break, she decided to go back to King Zed's castle and find out for herself if everything was okay. She thought of informing Beta Adam at first but didn't, she told him that she was going to grab lunch at a nearby restaurant, and he didn't have a problem with that. He only instructed the driver that drove them to the company to take her to a restaurant of her choice. Serena got into the car and instructed the driver to take her back to the castle.
