Serena slowly opened her heavy eyelids but everywhere looked blurry to her. She groaned and sat up from the bed. She palmed and rubbed her eyes, then removed her hands from her eyes to stare around the room again.
The room does not look familiar in any way to her. Okay, what's happening? She thought and quickly got down from the bed. She went to the door and tried opening it, but it couldn't open up.
Hope I am not outside the castle, Serena thought, biting her fingers as she tried to recall what happened. It took a while, but she eventually remembered.

His face looks stern as always. Beta Adam asked him if he would head straight to his castle first, but he told him he wanted to do the thing he came back for urgently. Beta Adam gave the driver the location of the private estate, and the driver took off. On the way, Beta Adam kept making calls to the king's different guards and the werewolf soldiers. One hour and some minutes later, they approached the private estate Serena was being held. Close to the estate was Kendrick's car. Isaac and his friends stayed and waited for king Zed. Isaac was never going to leave there until his sister was safe. Isaac is in a panic state. His face shows a lot of anguish.

THE CEO ALPHA KING (-Burning Jealousy-) Writer's P O V For some unknown reason, Serena couldn't wrap her head around the cause of the uneasy feeling she had since she left the King's castle with Beta Adam for his company. She felt that something was wrong. Even her wolf thought it too. For hours, she continued ignoring the uneasy feeling, but it remained there. Lunch break, she decided to go back to King Zed's castle and find out for herself if everything was okay. She thought of informing Beta Adam at first but didn't, she told him that she was going to grab lunch at a nearby restaurant, and he didn't have a problem with that.
