The afternoon sun streamed through the large windows of the estate and shone across the living room. It has been a week and Calliope who is now feeling more at ease in her new role, hummed a soft melody as she wiped down the coffee table. The remnants of Hunter's snack—crumbs and a few sticky fingerprints—were quickly disappearing under her careful touch. Her song was light and soothing, a tune she remembered from her own childhood.
