It had been a day since Mira had her baby. Sophie didn't know if she needed to visit her again at the hospital or just let things go and avoid her family completely. She had tried not think about it since she came back home with Tyler.

But it had been harder than she imagined.

Deciding that she needed a distraction, Sophie grabbed her phone and placed a call to her best friend. She wasn't sure what time it was at Paris which was where Nick and Joyce had gone on their honeymoon.

Sophie had wanted to give her best friend enough time and space to enjoy her honeymoon with her husband, thus, she had avoided calling her or even so much as texting. She would be really guilty if she ended up disturbing them for even a second but that moment, she needed a distraction.

She picked up her laptop instead and connected it to Skype after shooting series of texts to Joyce. Joyce didn't respond to any of them and Sophie was starting to get really convinced that she was intruding on a blissful honeymoo
