CHAPTER 15

Michael swallowed the negative feeling that enveloped him after Iryna's stare and he quickly returned to his office to take a glance through the documents he hadn't opened for months.

Iryna was going to have his soul tortured. He had to be on his guard while he figured out a way to have her back under his charms.

Suddenly, the door flew wide open and Michael looked up from his desk. Marcus stood at the door staring straight into his eyes.

There was a fire in his eyes. If facial expressions had physical effects, then the office would have been vaporized from the building.

"My office in five," Marcus growled and left the room without adding another word.

Michael immediately got off his chair. He dared not arrive a second later. For Marcus to come into his office, well he had anticipated it. He had broken his daughter's heart and Iryna's surprise visit wasn't a good thing.
