Chapter 72

                  Zver's p.o.v

I sat in a bar from afar looking at the female council seated at a huge table surrounded by young men who looked like warriors in their twenties. 

She wore a beautiful golden gown that was adorned in glitters and diamonds that shone brightly. Her hair was richly fixed and let down in curls. Her lips were a shade of red and her face was fixed with makeup. The jewelry on her hand and neck were damn expensive and the high heels on her feet gave the perfect support to her dress which had a long slit on the left side.

She was laughing softly while taking a sip from her champagne glass. The men who were there were all dressed up in suits and trying hard to impress her while some were trying to touch her.

I chuckled softly then removed a cigarette from my pocket and wasted no time in lightening it up.
