{Abebi}

Sitting in my office, the rhythmic beats of music floating in the background, I received an incoming call. It was Camelia, my trusted associate. I lowered the volume of the sound system and answered the call.

"Hello, boss. Your in-laws just checked into the building," Camelia informed me.

"They are asking for you," she added.

"Bring them to my office," I replied, acknowledging the urgency in her voice. Ending the call, I composed myself and prepared to receive my guests.

Within minutes, Camelia appeared at the door of my office, accompanied by an elderly man and woman.

They exuded a sense of authority and wisdom. A smile graced my face as I rose from my chair to greet them.

"Welcome to Felixco Bar," I greeted them warmly, my voice filled with genuine warmth. "Please, have a seat," I gestured towards the plush chairs in front of my desk, inviting them to make themselves comfortable.

As they settled into their seats, I observed their expressions, noting a mix of curiosity and e

I couldn't help but notice his gaze lingering on my revealing attire—a deliberate choice to attract his attention."Ada issue, right?" I said, addressing his unspoken question. Tony's expression softened, understanding the weight of the situation. His playful demeanor gave way to a more serious tone."If you're here to mock me, I should go now," Tony retorted, attempting to mask his vulnerability. But I knew better."I have a proposal for you, brother," I said, sliding a paper across the table. Tony took a few moments to read through the document, his eyes widening with each passing word."You don't mean it," Tony uttered, a mix of disbelief and excitement coloring his voice. The implications of the proposal were far-reaching, promising a future that seemed almost too good to be true."There are conditions," I stated firmly, reminding Tony that

Tony and I then made our way through a narrow door that led us to Felixco Wine Factory. The workers inside paused their tasks, their attention drawn to our presence.Taking a moment to gather their focus, I cleared my throat and addressed them. "Hello, everyone," I began, projecting my voice to ensure all could hear. The workers shifted, giving their full attention."This is Tony," I introduced him, gesturing towards my brother. "He will be your new coordinator."I emphasized the importance of respecting Tony, stating clearly, "Any disrespect towards him is, in essence, disrespect towards me." The workers exchanged glances, acknowledging the gravity of my words. I wanted them to understand the significance of their behavior and the unity required for our collective success.Drawing their

    {Mac Allister}I entered the hospital room, holding a beautiful rose, my mother's favorite flower. "Good morning," I greeted her, offering the flower with a smile. She replied in kind, acknowledging my presence. I couldn't help but notice the newspaper lying on the table next to her bed, and a frown formed on my face."How is your body?" I asked, concerned about her well-being. She assured me that she was gradually getting better. However, my frustration surfaced as I noticed the negative newsprint in the room. "Mom, I've told you to stay away from the news. Negative news isn't good for your health," I scolded gently.But she seemed determined to share something with me. "Have you read the newspaper?" she asked, her voice filled with a mix of curiosity and intrigue. Surprised, I responded, "Hmm, no, Mom. I've been preoccupied with worrying about you. I have had little time for anything else.Then she revealed the reason for her insistence. "Angel of Death is dead," she declared, r

    {Mac Allister}The scorching sun beat down on the tar road, its rays casting an unforgiving glare. With a sense of urgency, I voiced my concern to Bruno about not missing the designated track. He focused on the map displayed on the phone screen, navigating our way through the bustling traffic.As we sped past cars, our speedometer pushing its limits, a sudden halt came upon us at a traffic light. The abrupt stop caught us off guard, and I could feel the tension mounting in the air. Before I could react, a massive trailer emerged from the side of the road, colliding with our car. The impact sent our vehicle tumbling down the side of the road, careening until it landed in a flat expanse at the bottom of the valley.In the aftermath, our car lay upside-down, its metal structure twisted and mangled. Bruno and I found ourselves hanging upside-down from our seat belts, disoriented and trapped. It was a dire situation, made worse by the approaching figure of a man. The glint of a 44-magnum

Like a newborn child, we wrap ourselves in a cotton blanket. Our bodies rub against each other."Come with me to my casa, ", Mac Allister finally spoke, after maintaining silence for a long while." I wish to, but I go to put things in order here first," I replied. As Mac Allister rose from the bed, his broad shoulders and well-defined back caught my attention. There was a certain allure in his presence, a magnetic pull that drew me closer to him. I couldn't help but admire the strength and confidence that radiated from him."Looking forward to seeing you soon at my casa," Mac Allister playfully remarked, winking mischievously before making his way out of the room. {Abebi}The snowflakes fell gently around me as I stepped out of my car, clad in a pristine white ski suit. The sight of Mac Allister's compound never failed to impress me. Rows of luxurious vehicles, including five Mercedes Benz C-Class cars, a Ford, and even a Ferrari, adorned the parking lot. It was a testament to the opulence that surrounded Mac Allister's life.As I made my way towards the grand mansion, my eyes met Bianca, who was carrying a tray of food. Her gaze lingered on me for a moment before she averted her eyes, perhaps surprised to see me there. Passing by the basketball court, I caught Isabella and Chiara in the midst of sweeping the court. Their eyes widened in recognition as they whispered my name to each other.A small smile played on my lips as I continued on my path, not dwelling too much on their surprise. I had grown accustomed to the impact my presence had on others. It was a consequence of the reputation I had built for myself—a woman who defied expectation

I could feel my heart pounding in my chest, the adrenaline coursing through my veins. Something was wrong, and I had to find my mother and ensure her safety.I parked the car hastily and grabbed my gun, preparing myself for any potential danger that lay ahead. The atmosphere in the hospital was eerie, an unsettling silence hanging in the air. She even went as far as faking food poisoning when Abebi cooked special delicacies for us.As for Abebi, it is this not bowing attitude she developed for my mum. She feels as if she is too big to be corrected by her. I couldn't do anything about Abebi's situation because of the vow I had with her in Cerami to me not to reduce her in front of my mum."Pass me the salt," Madame Beatrice said to Abebi, her voice laced with expectation. Abebi, however, played deaf for a moment before subtly signalling for Chiara, who stood behind her, to take the salt and pass it to her mother. I could see a hint of disappointment on my mother's face, as if she had expected Abebi herself to fulfill the request. It was a small interaction, but it spoke volumes about the unspoken competition betwee
