I was losing my mind and couldn't stop thinking about her. For a week I had looked everywhere!. Her former, burnt-down pack!. And even the forest as well as my whole pack but nothing.

I had no idea where she could be and now I was fearing for the worst. She was just a slave girl with no clothes, money, or any skills of survival, was she by any chance killed?.

That thought made my knees weak. I slowly moved to the couch and sat down.

Only two days remained until the full moon and I still felt uneasy.

"Axel, please tell me where she is." I whispered softly.

"I too don't know." Came his reply.

I furiously stood up and growled loudly.

"What the fuck is wrong with you!" I screamed on top of my voice.

When he kept quiet I furiously moved to the desk and flipped it in anger.

The door burst open and Neo rushed in, behind him was Sherry who was keeping her distance.

She knew me well and she wasn't dumb. Whenever I was upset she kept to herself until I was calm. Whenever
