Logan

I woke up early the next day to check up on Samantha in the hospital. Suddenly, my phone buzzed with a notification. I glanced at the screen and saw it was a message from James.

“Meet me at the bar close to the company. I have an important job for you,” I furrowed my brows and clenched my fists in anger. I tossed the phone on the bed angrily and reached out for my car key.

Then, the phone buzzed again and I quickly picked it up in anger. “It's now or never, my friend,” I heaved a deep sigh and decided to meet him at the bar before going to Samantha. And headed out of the house.

I entered the car and made my way to the bar. After fifteen minutes, I reached the bar and I pushed the entrance door open. I stepped inside but I couldn't see him. I scanned the whole place and spotted him at the VIP table.

I walked towards the VIP table. The atmosphere was different from the rest of the club. The music was soft, the lightening dimmer, and the air carried a faint scent of e

James I watched as Logan left the bar, sparing me a dead glance. My lips curled into a sinister smile, reached out for my phone and found one of my most trusted spies. “Listen carefully, I need you to acquire a sleeping injection immediately and head to this address without delay.” I provided the precise location of the hospital and cut the call. After some minutes, my phone hummed with an incoming call, “The job is done,” I took in a deep breath and had a sly smirk on my face. I can't wait to watch how Logan will feel about this. Then, I sent a message to Logan, “Enjoying the view?” Adding a laughing emoji which makes the message more annoying for him. I could feel the hands of the ladies beside me, caressing my chest and teasing my nipples. I felt like an electric rush of pleasure coursing through my veins. I surrendered myself totally to them, and a feeling of delight washed over me, kindling every nerve in my body. I wallowed in the feeling of their touch, each caress seem

“Come back here, you bitch, Mandy cursed,”. Suddenly she pulled my hair and I fell on my butt. I knew I was a weak omega and there's nothing I can do about it. Omegas are slaves for the pack and most of the time, they're used as sex tools purchased by other Alpha's. “Where do you think you're going? You came here and started acting like you're someone important. I would make this pack a bearing hell for you. You are just an abandoned omega who had no parents, so mind the way you talk to me, stupid bitch. She dragged Samantha by her clothes and sent her to the wall, then she held a fistful part of her hair, making her feel a lot of pain. “What do I do, Mandy?” Let me go. I winced out in pain, trying my best to get out of her grip. Mandy has always crushed on Cain and she wants him to mark her and become Luna. But she hated how we always cross-part and talk some of the time, but there was nothing between us. Since then, she has been bullying and hurting me wherever she sees me. “C

I entered the room feeling a lot of anger boiling inside me. I bang the door and jumped on the bed. I need to decide what I will do to her.“I will kill that little bitch.” She thinks she can get away with everything she does, right? I will make her life a living hell. What does she even take me for? A lame and weak girl just like her? I warned her a couple of hours ago and she repeated the same thing. Just try your best to avoid Cain and that's all. But she goes against it.I will get back to her, but not now. I need to talk to Cain and beg him. He needs to make me his chosen mate and Luna so I can get that bitch out of this pack or even this life.I get out of the room and went to the packed garden, looking for Cain. He always loved staying there whenever he was lonely. There is a lot of sightseeing there, the beautiful trees and flowers are mind-blowing.“Heyy, Cain”, what are you doing here all alone? I hope you're good. I know he's a little bit upset but we've been childhood fri

Cain's POVMy eyes brimmed with sadness as I spoke. I already knew she was my mate but she doesn't know because she hasn't clocked eighteen. But now I think I will have to tell her everything.I can't accept her, she is too weak to be my Luna. She's just an abandoned and lonely omega with no power. I can't accept her as my mate. I need to consider the pack's duty by mating a powerful wolf and making her my Luna. Samantha is not the perfect person for this, I think Mandy is.She is the daughter of a warrior, she is powerful just like her dad, and she isn't weak like Samantha.“I am bound by duty to another. My pack's traditions and alliances require me to fulfill a predetermined union. I cannot defy the laws that bind me, no matter how much my heart aches.”Tears welled up in Samantha's eyes, her voice filled with anguish. “But… but the bond, the connection we share… How can it be so strong if we aren't meant to be together?”My face contorted with a mix of pain and longing. “The bond

‘It was Cain’. He was at the entrance. He gave him a deadly stare and I told him to go now before something happens. He entered into his car, and drove off.I felt at ease, I don't know what I would have done if they decide to fight. Cain will tear him apart, he is an Alpha. I don't want anything to happen to Derick. Cain on the other hand, does not want to see me with another werewolf, but he rejected me. ‘Why did he does that Everytime?’ He doesn't want me and doesn't want to see me with any wolf either. I gaze at him, and headed towards the door but I was drawn back. “What do you think you're doing?” He asked, clenching his fists. I tried releasing my hand from his grip, but all to no avail. I felt pain in my hands but a tear rolled down my cheek and he left me.“I, Samantha Earhart, accept your Rejection,” I Mumbled, and I let out a deep breath. I need to get over this, I have to hold myself. I don't want the tears in my eyes to drop not in front of him. He thinks I'm weak and

Adrenaline coursed through her veins, sharpening her senses as she sprinted through the park, desperately seeking refuge. With every heartbeat, she pushed herself to the limits, the fear of the unknown driving her forward. Finally, she emerged from the park, gasping for breath, and quickly hailed a passing taxi. After some minutes, she got out of the taxi and rushed towards the restaurant. She already saw Derick and Jane. They reached out to her and calmed her down. She struggled to speak, her words coming out in gasps as she tried to convey the urgency of the situation. “Someone is trailing me, I don't know…but I saw someone following me.” Samantha Mumbled nervously. Her heart pounding in her chest, the smell of cinnamon and white chocolate. That scent is familiar but she can't remember who it is. Samantha's povI opened my eyes slowly and began to regain consciousness but still a little bit dizzy due to the silver on my wrist and wolfsbane in my system. I couldn't reach my wolf, Shiela, she has been trying so hard to fight the barrier but can't. She is a strong wolf. The room in which I was locked appeared to be a sort of abandoned warehouse, the cold concrete floor sending shivers up my spine. As I rose to my feet, I glanced around, searching for any clue that could help me escape. But I can't seem to find an escape route, the room offered no respite, its barren walls adorned only with peeling paint and rusted chains hanging ominously from the ceiling. Summoning my inner strength, I approached a metal door that served as my connection to the outside world. I tried my best to force the door open, only to find it locked tight. ‘ohh No, I need an alternative route’, I Mumbled quietly so no one could hear me.‘Ohh my, there's a small, grated window near the ceiling’, I can escap

Cain's pov“I haven't seen Samantha since yesterday, where could she have been?” This is quite unusual of her. My heart raced with a mix of worry and determination as I began my search for her within the pack territory. I knew her well enough to realize that her sudden disappearance was out of character, and my instincts as an Alpha urged me to find her as swiftly as possible.I went to her room, where I hoped to find some clue that would shed light on her whereabouts. As I pushed open the door, a pang of unease gripped me. The room was neatly organized, but there was an undeniable emptiness that hung in the air. My gaze swept across the room, my eyes lingering on Samantha's favorite belongings, the little things that made her feel at home. I couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss, that her absence held a deeper meaning than a mere momentary escape. “She won't just leave the pack like that, would she?” She has been with us since her parents died and my parents took prop

*** Samantha My gaze followed Logan as he approached the door. I released a heavy sigh and after some minutes, the doorknob of the door opened and a nurse entered with a tray of medications in her hands. “Hi, Samantha, I’ve brought your medications for the day,” she smiled as she approached me. I nodded and she placed the tray beside my bed. She administered the medications and was left and I said urgently, “But before you go, I need to see Adrian. CainMy eyes widened as the warrior brought Mandy to the underground cell. I could sense her unease with the way she avoided my gaze. The warrior chained her hand and legs to the chair. I watched as she struggled to get out of the chains.I approached her slowly and I knelt down to her level, “Are you among them? Do you know him?” I pointed at the guy opposite her and she flinched. There was blood all over the guy’s body due to the torture he went through. She gazed at the floor and shook her head. “I… I don't know what you're talking about,” she stammered, and my jaw clenched as I glanced at her. My eyes narrowed as she tried to defend herself even in my presence. “You expect me to believe that?” I asked angrily and took a step away from her. I approached the nearby table and reached for the sharp blade. I have had enough of her pretending to love me. After I mated her and made her Luna, she still wanted to rule over my people.I signaled to the warrior at the door entrance, “Hold h

MandyI left the pack house and headed to the rogue’s hideout. I've been working with them or let's just say helping them by giving them necessary information about when to strike and when not to.I took the car key and drove through the dense forests. I reached the path to their hideout and stepped out of the car. I walked toward the entrance and passed through the tiny passages. It was a cave. I saw the rogues and particularly, the rogue’s leader, “This is the time for us. Cain is weak at the moment, and he's distracted by the search for his mate.”“We will strike today after Damian has defeated him at the inter-pack activities,” I added and they all nodded. I drafted our plans and showed them how they would get to Cain.”“After Damian has defeated him at the inter-pack activities, we will make our move. The packs will be thrown into disorder, and we will seize control, once and for all,” the rogue’s leader, Tyler muttered.I went back to the pack house and watched as the inter-pack

Cain The warriors gathered and as we were about to leave, the other Alpna from the pack joined us. We reached the pack territory and watched the rogues kill some of the pack members. We attacked the rogues and fought so hard against them. When the rogues saw how many we were, they retreated back to their hideouts. We ran after the routes but we were not able to catch up with them. The warriors and I tried to trace them but we couldn't. We caught a rogue who was battered and was injured during the fight. I watched as he staggered backward and breathed heavily. He tried to escape with the others but he couldn't. “Take him and lock him away in the underground cell,” I commanded and the warriors nodded. I watched as the warrior dragged the rogue in the car and headed towards the underground cell. I drove back to the park house and headed upstairs. I opened the door and entered the room. I walked toward the bathroom and opened the shower. I felt the warm water cascade down my bo

We've been preparing for this for weeks, so let's make it count!” I addressed the pack members and shouted in joy. This is the moment they've been waiting for. Let's give it our all!” “Yeah, let's show those other packs what we're made of!” Ryan, one of the warriors shouted. “I'm so excited for the relay race! Samantha“Ouch, my head. Where am I?” I asked myself while trying to sit on the bed. I have been laid in bed for so long without opening my eyes. I don't even know how many days, weeks, or months I've been here. I couldn't open my eyes nor eat anything but I was just lying like I was dead. The only thing in hearing was my heartbeat and the beeping machines beside me. “Wait, where is Desmond? I haven't seen him? Is he okay?” These are the questions in my head right now. I slowly blinked and I felt my body was disoriented and sore. A gentle voice broke through the silence and I turned my head to see a doctor standing on my left hand side. He checked my vitals and pulse and said warmly, “Hey miss, welcome back,” I managed a weak smile and I wanted to say something but I felt my throat was dry. “Where am I?” I muttered, my voice was barely above a whisper. He smiled and replied, “You’re in the hospital. We also followed them and Adrian was about to be out of sight and the car lurched forward and tightened my seatbelt and took in a sharp breath.I gritted my teeth and I watched as the driver pushed the car to its limit and turned on the accelerator. He swerved the car to the side and tried to avoid the truck but instead, he ran into a bush beside the roadside and bumped into a tree. The car jolted to a halt after so much smoke and screeching of tires. I sat in stunned silence and stepped out of the car. I ordered one of the guards to check if they were still alive. He moved toward them and shook his head. I moved closer to check them and confirm it myself and I cursed under my breath when I heard the siren of the ambulan
