“What is it again? Didn’t I tell you to shut the hell up?” Ciel, who has gotten over his surprise, asked Maverick in a pissed tone.

But instead of answering the little omega, Maverick just took Ciel’s hand and forced it to be separated from Nexus’ hand. After successfully doing so, Maverick did not let go of Ciel’s hand anymore and held it tightly instead before focusing his gaze again on Nexus, who had already put his hand on the back pocket of his jeans and was grinning from ear to ear as if he had won a lottery.

“You’re doing this on purpose,” Maverick said in a chilly tone, but Nexus remained unfazed.

Nexus shrugged and said, “I have no idea what you’re talking about.” He was looking and even sounding innocent, making Maverick more pissed than he already was. But Nexus continued to not care and just went on laughing as if he was seeing something very amusing.
