Carter's POV.

Beta Gideon was actually the one behind Aurora's father's death? and I had hated her for that long, thinking that her father had actually wanted to get rid of my father. Whereas the main person behind all that had been dining with us.

My father on the other hand did not even do a proper investigation about all what had happened. He went ahead to kill the old man when he knew nothing about what had happened. It is only now that I am beginning to feel exactly how Aurora had felt since my own father had been killed by the same man who had plotted her father's death.

Beta Gideon was worse than I thought. I have been in his house all this while and did not know exactly what was going on in the Dungeon. He had actually come here and told Aurora about what happened to her father, that he was the culprit behind all that.
