Aurora's POV.

I left Carter back downstairs as he said he had something to collect before coming up.

I made my way up to the room and sat on the sofa as I looked down at my phone, scrolling down through some internet pictures, videos, comments and others while waiting for him to make his way up the stairs and into the room.

While scrolling down my phone, what Declan had said back then in the living room , kicked in my head.

I know him to be someone who says stupid things, but I didn't expect him to make that kind of comment.
