"Damien!"

I exclaimed in shock as he burst into the room. He looked angry, his hair was flying all over his face, he eyes were green but had a red tinge and his face was red with green veins pulsing on it. He rushed to me and pulled me towards him. I stared up at him as his hands snaked my waist protectively while he faced Alpha Lucien.

"What are you doing here Damien?" Alpha Lucien asked him with a glare as he crossed his hands on his chest.

"I should be asking you the same question Lucien. Why are you holding Avery in your room?"

"I was hungry, I ordered for my meal to be brought, she brought it but then I needed her to feed me because I was still tired, that's it"

I blinked at him in wonder, so he can speak that much in one sentence, huh.

"And you couldn't find anyone else to do that? It had to be my own personal maid?"

He shrugged as he spread his arms.

"She came in here, I didn't call her? I was even surprised to see her with my meal."

    AVERY'S P.O.VI was in a fairly dim room on a narrow bed with my hands tied and my mouth gagged. The room was empty except for the bed I was on and a single dusty chair, there was only one window on sight and it was a bit large but it was covered with a black cloth blocking the light. I don't know how it happened. I remember I was heading to Lucien's office but then I heard noises coming from outside and so I went to check what it was and the next thing I was bound and something was draped over my head, I remember being roughly flung onto something and being carried away. And now, I have been kept here for the past thirty minutes and no one has come to check on me. The least they could do was to show their face.
