“Stop that Freya!” Melvina shouted, her voice booming across the hall. “Don’t involve Eva in this. She shouldn't even be here. My daughter is too young to be caught in the middle, or exposed to a spy demon!”

Freya chuckled, watching Melvina speak as if she was unhinged. She didn’t want her daughter to be caught? The little girl was already implicated. They just didn’t know it, or rather they were unaware of it.

From the moment she had set her eyes on Eva, she had known that the girl wasn’t just an ordinary five year old werewolf.
