CHAPTER 98 (KING OF CRIME)

XAVIER'S POV

I clenched my teeth so hard I thought they would shatter.

It was no wonder Nico had garnered fame as the King of crime. The man was not only ruthless but he knew his onions. He was good at the game.

I kept an eye open for him ever since I had come out but not for once had my eyes fallen on him and here he was, pouncing up on me unexpectedly.

"But I must say, showing your face here was a very wrong decision, your highness," Nico said dragging his words for emphasis.

I tried to move and pull up a maneuver on him and release myself from his bondage but it was useless.
