Chapter 12 – The Crescent Moons

Serena

"Me too!" I cried back, feeling a bit crushed by his embrace. His rocking became hurried—savage—until his cum jetted out and splattered against the tiles and some on my ass.

I followed his lead and rode my own orgasm—damn my second one for the night. It was as powerful as when his cock was balls deep inside me.

By the time our orgasm waned, he gently placed small kisses on my neck and whispered, "Did I hurt you?"

I giggled softly in reaction and shook my head. "No, you didn't, Aero. In fact, you did the opposite."

"Hm, good. That's a relief to hear." He sighed and kissed me again: the kind that makes a woman feel so loved and cherished.

Chapter 13 - The Teasing of the KingAeroIn the past, I cringed at the thought of marriage; hated it to the core and I wouldn’t have undergone it if it wasn’t for my father’s ultimate decree. My fake wedding, as what I always called it, became real and now, I was sitting with my queen luna experiencing nothing but pure happiness and contentment.I sure experienced a paradigm shift towards marriages after that; made me realize that it wasn’t bad at all if the bride and the groom were both true mates.I believed my dear brother, Elijah and his soon-to-be-wife were true mates. He had changed a lot since her arrival. Well, his antics around me were still the same, but the reason with which he does it was different. Initially designed to cover his true lonely emotions, now he teases me because he enjoyed it and he knew that I somewhat enjoyed it too—the b

AeroExactly after the couple’s first dance, Elijah met with me in my study. I was already in my executive chair when he entered, showing a half-confused face.“I know...” he trailed off. “I am surprised with the crescent moon marks Rhea and I have too. Is this what you want to talk about brother?”“Affirmative,” I answered. “Sit down. This might be a long chat.”He hesitated for a moment, looking at the chair in front of the desk as if it had a witch spell.“You know I can’t leave my bride alone in there,” he muttered; his voice roped with worry.“Me either,” I agreed. “I can’t give Hale an opportunity to spend time with Serena.”“Well, that’s hardworking of him. AeroOld habits die hard and unfortunately for me, getting jealous whenever Serena was around Hale was no exception. We had an unbreakable trust for each other. It was just that my beasts and I were too possessive of her whenever the vampire lord was present.Maybe I was being too tight on myself and maybe I should take Serena’s advice to just relax, and well, I almost did until I heard Serena and Hale’s rich laughter while I was nearing the balcony they were in. This instantly changed my mood.Ugh. Really, old habits die hard.I scowled towards Hale’s way the moment my boots hit the threshold.“I trust that you’re keeping my wife safe, Lord Hale?” I asked.Serena didn’t look surprised when she saw me. In fact, she raised a brow and crossed her arms, clearly expecting my moody reaction t

SerenaThe coach brought us inside a cobblestoned courtyard, directly in front of a large iron-wrought portico. Through the window, I saw the facade of my father’s packhouse and it was impressive. It was obvious that this was a military camp because there were flags of the kingdom above the doorway and along the edge of the rooftops, and on each towering beam hang a golden shield and two crossed swords.“Serena, come,” Aero told me whilst offering a hand for me to hold.Refreshments were served right after we disembarked the coach. Feeling thirsty after all the moans I did, I quickly grabbed the perspiring glass and gulped the sweet and tangy content. Aero did the same and the server—an old woman—proudly smiled, standing a few feet away from us with a clean apron wrapped around her waist.“Your Majesties, it is my pleasu

Chapter 17 – The Alpha King in ActionSerena“Russel has the element of surprise so this is an expected outcome in their first clash,” my father remarked without looking at me.I glanced up at him and saw the seriousness in his eyes. “What do you mean father?” I asked.“One of the reasons why I picked Russel to be the next alpha is because he has this unique ability of teleportation. It’s like the alpha king’s minus the realm hopping and is limited to a few times per day.”“Even so, wow, that’s amazing. I didn’t think some other werewolf could get that kind of ability.” I stared back at the general who stood cautiously at the center of the arena. His focus was on the wreckage, to where Aero took his time laughing—maybe not loudly—but still, I could hear it i

Chapter 18 - Father and Daughter BondAeroGeneral Halcynos remained contemplatively silent after I asked him that question. He had been my father’s beta and had served the kingdom for close to eight hundred years, so I was confident he would have an answer for me.He was there at our wedding. He saw how the marks were created. He was even one of the councils who received my temper when I sought an answer regarding this but since it was Sedsah, my father’s augur, who stepped in and somehow distracted me, I wasn’t able to delve deeper about this issue.Serena sat beside me and waited for her father to speak too. I wrapped my arm around her waist and kept her close.“You mentioned before you came here that you wanted to know more about the crescent moon marks, Your Majesty,” he started with his hands clas

It was so strong that I created cracks and splinters around it.I couldn’t believe I was clueless this whole time. If she has the mark then this meant Alpha Edmond has it too, but how? And...why? And what does this mean to the kingdom? To me and Serena?Patience wasn’t one of my best assets if I wanted to find the answers stat, so I mind-linked the aforementioned man and asked, ‘Alpha Edmond, may I have a word with you? Preferably now.’‘Your Majesty.’ His attention, from Alpha Russel, landed to me and bowed low. We exchanged gazes, each clearly looking at the ot

Chapter 20 - A Better FutureSerenaLady Georgia was a petite, refined woman. She had a gentle beauty and a kind spirit, and her aura was filled with so much positivity I could feel it radiating through me. She reminded me a lot about my adopted mother who loved to cook and also reminded me about Jessica who prefers little to no make-up and just a simple ponytail to tie her hair. When I found her busily washing vegetables on the sink, she invited me to help without hesitation. I was giddy to join her that instant since I loved cooking. I told her about the magic food I ate in Aero’s manor when I first arrived on Phanteon. She laughed about it knowing it was frozen food and not a freshly cooked meal. She gave me her secrets on how to make the ingredients taste better. She also expressed her happiness about me and Aero’s unbreakable bond. Said that it was i

EpilogueSerena“Ryland! Raziel! Rule! Be ready!” Aero roared as he paced in front of them, acting as game master in this friendly competition of brothers. He was dressed in nothing but trousers while the triplets, as usual, copied their father, acting as if their pre-pubescent muscles could contend to Aero’s bulging ones. The three were lined up within the yellow line, ready and waiting for the red flag to be released.I sat on the stone bench outside the mini arena of Alchidna just observing them. On my lap was Scarlett, trying to shake her baby maracas to the best of her ability. She just turned two five days ago while my triplets reached their teenage status a month before that.Scarlett was a heaven-sent to Aero and I. We were never sure what gender we would be blessed in my second pregnancy, but luckily, it was a female. A princess. Aero let me name her, and I used the Earth name of t

Go and dip. You need to rest. I’ll massage you.”Hearing this, I tossed him a disbelieving look. “What? The great alpha king wants to massage me?”He pulled down his pants and straightened before me with pride in his eyes. “Yes, but you should know I only do this to the woman I love.”“Well then, massage away, my dear alpha king,” I answered before I bit my lower lip.My heart fluttered when he touched me again, first to caress my shoulder and next to trace the mate mark on my neck and the crescent moon mark on my wri

Chapter 53 –The Scent of the QueenAeroI must say, Calaheim did me a favor. The area where the portal ended brought me inside a house that sickeningly smelled like Sofia. I was in a foyer in what I could reckon as the second floor, judging from the nearby stairs I spotted and the grand chandelier hanging on a beam just leveled with my line of sight. Below me, I could hear a woman talking—or more like complaining—together with a man groaning in pain.I instantly recognized their voices. One was Dr. Rutherford or Hilda with a rougher tone now than before, and the second was from Viscount Daniel.Slowly, I inched closer to the stone balustrade to spy on the situation. The viscount’s rough state made me clench my hands instantly. He was shirtless and bloody, with his arms and chest wounded with a slicing cut of a blade. This blade was visible on Hilda’s hand. The edge was pointed to

Chapter 53 –ForgivenessAeroHadon was sneaky, but I was sneakier. What I did was to only use my enhanced sense of smell to locate him everywhere he went in Ehnrelil. I observed enough distance between us; hid under the shadows or behind the walls and watched his every move.First, Hadon went to the Council of Elders’ tower. Did some paperwork there until he left two hours later and went to the Rexhus Tower. There were priestesses in training there. He observed them with a disappointed face and demanded more from them. Like a boastful man, he showed his spells—cheap magic tricks that even a fae child could do. But there was one that caught my eye. It was the cloaking spell he used when he kidnapped Serena.I gritted my teeth while I watched him show it off to the priestesses. I wanted to rip his throat apart, but I knew I had to be mor

Chapter 52 –Tailing the FaeAeroQueen Adna looked morose when I teleported to her throne room. Gone was her beauty. Gone was her radiance. She sat on the throne, slumped, silent and without life. It was ironic to watch her like this because I knew, if I was a female version worrying about Serena’s welfare, I would look the same. When she noticed my entrance, she perked up and her expression lightened a bit.“Have you found her?” She stood and asked without delay.I shook my head and maintained my neutral face. My anger remained on the surface just waiting to explode; waiting for me to unleash it to the right person. I just needed to find this person first.“No, I still haven’t, but I found out who took her,” I answered.Queen Adna’s worried ex

Chapter 51 – The Luna EscapesSerenaLike what Viscount Daniel said, I ran—or more like plodded—as far away as possible from Sofia’s house. The house was impressive—that was my first impression when I first glimpsed it en route to my escape path. The walls were made of white bricks and it was covered in vines almost deliberately to camouflage it with its surroundings. It had a landscaped garden and toadstool pathways—a standard in every fae house, but hers was a weird dark violet. The house was surrounded by autumn-colored trees and lavender-green grass; quite picturesque if not for the owner and the people living in it.The bluish color of the barrier was visible around the house, yet I couldn’t quite figure out the depth of its coverage: how many kilometers it stretched or how high it reached the sky.D

Her mocking voice was dripping with confidence, so similar like her daughter’s. I wanted to lash out, give her a witty reply, but the state I was in reduced me into a moaning mess.I embraced my contracting belly and ignored her instead.“Your husband will never find you. You are doomed,” she continued, still with the viscount by her side, just looking at me with no emotion in his eyes. “My daughter’s house is imbued with her magic—from the surrounding landscape to this very building we stand, and with Hadon’s help, this place is forever hidden. No one can enter unless I will it so.”“Mhhhh!” A whimper of
