3. Slightly turned on

Ariana's p.o.v

I was woken up by loud music, I rubbed my eyes then looked at the small clock that was on my beside table (05 Am) this was way to early than the time I usually woke up. 

I stood up and went out of my room, I followed the sound of music downstairs and into an open room where loud moans were coming from, I stood frozen watching what was happening in front of me. 

A naked lady had her hands pressed on the wall to balance herself, she was moaning loudly with her eyes closed while the man that stood behind her was thrusting in her with low groans. 

"King its so deep" she moaned out loudly. 

I was about to move and turn back when the guy looked at me with an angry expression, his dark ocean blue eyes were warning me to get the hell out. 

"I'm sorry" I said in fear then ran out and into my room, I quickly locked the door and touched my chest feeling my heart that was beating wildly. 

"Who was that man, Why would he be doing such a think in Pete's house?" I asked myself silently. 

His eyes were cold, yet they somehow made me feel hot and slightly turned on, I needed a distraction quick and fast.

I got up and started unpacking my things and putting them in the wardrobe, after making sure everything was in order, I took a bath and dressed up, I made the bed and sat down thinking about what I had saw a few hours ago. 

I was startled when I heard a nock on my door, I quickly stood up and opened the door, Pete was looking very nice in blue shorts and a white vest, his body was eye candy for my eyes, I smiled as I tried to act normal. 

"Morning" he greeted. 

"Morning" I answered in a whisper. 

"I came to call you down for breakfast or would you prefer to see the site first?" He asked. 

"The site first" I answered. 

"Sure, if you are free now, we can go and check it out" he said. 

"Yes please" I answered. 

We went downstairs in silence then came outside. 

"Mr Edih, I should say this place is very nice, I can't compare to the architecture who worked on this place, I promise I will try my best to meet your expectations" I said as he stopped moving and looked at me, I stood still wondering why we had stopped. 

"I'm glad that you like it, but Ariana, I'm not the one that wants you to supervise the construction group" he answered as I frowned trying to understand what he meant. 

"I really don't understand" I said with a smile. 

"The one who hired you here, the owner of this place is king Edih my cousin" he answered as my smile faded. 

If he wasn't the owner of this place, then who was?, I thought to myself. 

"Speak of the devil" he said as I turned to look at who he was looking at. 

I was struck in shock when the man approached us, he was tall and more handsome than Pete with a great built, everything about him was very attractive but his eyes made me feel like I had seen them somewhere before. 

Dark ocean blue eyes, I thought, then gasped loudly when I remembered very well where I had seen them, he was the guy I had walked on while he was having sex, I felt scared and guilty for walking in on him. 

"Brother, we were from just talking about you" Pete said as the man stood in front of us, I looked at the ground hoping and praying that it could open up magically and swallow me right this instant. 

"Really" he answered. 

His voice was deeper and firmer, it made me want to look up and face him. 

"This here is Ariana, the architecture who will be supervising the construction of your new office and library" Pete introduced. 

I lifted my hand and extended it towards him while avoiding his gaze. 

"Pete, see to it that Gloria is attended to, as for you Miss architecture, walk with me" he said as I looked at him annoyed by the name he had just given me. 

"Excuse me" Pete said then walked away. 

King walked ahead as I followed while cursing at myself, if only I had stayed in my room when I heard the music playing, I wouldn't have been in such an awkward situation. 

"Um..thank you for choosing our company" I said not knowing what else to say. 

"Are you nervous" he asked Softly. 

"Of course I am, how do you expect me to act around you when I saw you doing that in that room?" I answered in my mind. 

"A little" I lied. 

"Don't be, I don't bite, I'm actually very friendly when it comes to pretty ladies such as yourself" he answered as I stopped moving. 

"Are you flirting with me?, if you are this would be so.. 

"Awkward" he finished the sentence for me. 

"How did you know I was going to say that?" I asked seriously. 

"Because you are very easy to read" he answered simply.

 I kept quiet getting annoyed at him, I felt like I was being insulted. 

I moved away from him and tried to keep myself calm, when I saw the big empty site that was ahead of me, I instantly calmed down and smiled. 

"This is where you will be working on with the team, I also want you to add a beautiful garden " he said with a smile. 

I looked at him in admiration, his smile was so Bright and beautiful, he really was the whole package, it made me forget about what kind of man the rumor said he was. 

"Are you checking me out?" He asked with a chuckle. 

"No!" I answered loudly feeling a little embarrassed because I was really checking him out. 

"You are so cute when you get embarrassed" he teased. 

I was about to tell him to stop with his cheesy lines when a tall blond lady approached us, she smiled happily when she reached where we were and kissed king deeply as he kissed her back.
