Time passed by with Chelsea getting better acquainted with the company and the staff. She never acted too lofty or superior and this endeared her to most of them. More often, she visited the ground floor, interacting with visiting clients and conducting questionnaire-guided surveys with existing patrons.

She got to resolve many complaints and administered major corporate changes. Customer database increased significantly and the company received more positive feedbacks. Orders were shipped out nonstop from the company daily.
