Lucas wasn’t sure how to reply to that. If it was anyone else, he would assume they were implying something else completely. Flynn would never mean it in that way.

Lucas passed the next few hours perusing cooking magazines for recipe tips and decent restaurants whilst glancing at Flynn regularly. He was on the lookout for signs of overworking.
Lucas’ method of choosing what to make for dinner was to check what was in the fridge and cupboards. Henry had gone shopping that day so they were both well stocked. He had a few ideas after digging through the contents. There was also dessert to make as well.
Flynn stared down a guilty looking Lucas with a cold gaze. He had only heard the last sentence of the conversation, but judging from the appearance of sweat on Lucas’ face on a cool day, they had been talking about him for a while.
Flynn sat down on the sofa expectantly. Lucas had promised they would watch some other programs and he was keen to get started. It was more rewarding than working later into
The sun was streaming through the curtains when Lucas opened his eyes and he was initially confused by his surroundings before his memory kicked in. He was staying at Flynn’s house and… Flynn should be lying next to him in bed.

Flynn woke up the next morning with renewed vigour from the weekend. He was going to go to the office and get through as much as he could so his time with Lucas would come sooner.
Flynn frowned over the report he was reading. There were only five minutes before it was time to leave and he wanted to finish the day on a good note so he forced himself to read it fast even though his head was in pain.

He didn’t want to be on the receiving end of anything physical so he took a cautious step away.
“Your boy- I mean the big boss has come to visit!” Steve announced with visible excitement.Lucas looked up from his génoise sponge mixture. That was unexpected.
Meredith was much sharper than he had ever given her credit for. He really had underestimated his secretary. He couldn’t even guess how she had managed to work that out.&ldq
Flynn woke up to the sound of birds tweeting outside in the window. He took a few seconds to process his changed surroundings. The plain white ceiling and blue bed covers meant he was in Lucas’ bedroom.
Lucas stilled at the question. It was the most un-Flynnlike thing he had heard come out of his boyfriend’s mouth. Why was he asking such a strange question?
Lucas was feeling faintly suspicious. Flynn had come across as very happy on the first two phone calls they’d shared after parting. Now he looked like he was pretending to be
