They talked to them about what happened in the amusement park while Ace played in one of the bedrooms with his nanny while waiting for them. “Then we have to give the boy extra protection; we can’t just let him go with his nanny alone even if someone is looking after them from afar,” said Mr. Landers, worried for his grandson all over his face. Emerald and Jace told him and Mr. Ferguson about what happened at the amusement park the following day.

“I already thought about it and asked my investigator to look for a reliable man to become Ace’s bodyguard,” Jace replied.

“Give my great-grandchild the best protection he could get, son. Make whoever he was trying to go against us regret his or their plan. Let them know who they are against.” Mr. Ferguson added, looking at Jace.
