Charles’s POV

I watched James run the parkour track with ease and I noticed the way that Sam was watching him, and I instantly got jealous. I know it was stupid. James was straight and he had a mate, but I wanted Sam to look at me that way. I looked down at my scrawny body and knew that was never going to happen. I had tried to work out to get buff and it never worked. I could eat as much fatty food as I liked, and I never put on any weight. I was doomed to stay scrawny for the rest of my life. As soon as James finished the track James came over to us with a stupid grin on his face. I knew that he was just happy that he got to prove Sam wrong, they both carried on talking oblivious to my burning jealousy. I was so lost in my own thoughts that I had zoned out to what they were talking about.
