Sixty Two

Jill’s POV

“Where is Chad?” I asked James after Megan and I had finished in the spa

“He is in the gym. I would just wait up here if I was you”

“Why? Does he not want to see me?” I felt my heart break at the thought. Was he already sick of not been able to touch me.

“Don’t be silly, he is crazy about you and always wants to see you. He is just a bit frustrated at the moment so taking it out on the punch bag”

“Its still my fault” I mumbled as I walked down to the gym. I walked in and saw him kicking and punching the punch back without stopping. I stopped in the doorway not sure if I should say anything or leave him to it. Suddenly he stopped and looked over his shoulder at me. “James told me you were down here. Are you ok? You looked pretty mad when hitting the bag”

“It’s nothing you need to worry about. I will find a way to sort it out” He looks so depressed, and I knew it was all my fault. All because I could not cope with him touching me.
