One Hundred and One

Chad’s POV

I was running behind James when suddenly his fur started to shimmer. I thought I was losing it so shook my head, but his fur kept shimmering until suddenly is changed colour. He was suddenly blue with red polka dots. It was hard to laugh in wolf form, but I could not help it. He looked like a total tool. He stopped and turned around to look at me. As soon as I saw him shake his head, I figured that my fur had also changed colour. Suddenly Steve caught up to us and James started to laugh. I saw the moment that it registered that I must have been laughing at him. He suddenly walked over to the lake so that he could look at his reflection.

‘You look pretty’ I said as I stood next to him at the lake looking at my fur and loving it. I looked just like Jill, and I could not see anything bad in that.

‘How are you not angry? You are bloody pink and purple’

‘Because I look like the women I am in love with. I would like to stay like this the whole trip, makes me feel closer to her’
