KATHY

I ascended the stairs with burning rage, the only thing I could think of was Joanna, the thought of what Henry could be doing to her crossed my mind.

I was almost at Henry’s door when he came out of his room “Kathy” he said looking surprised, I held my fists tightly as I looked at him with so much hatred, And for a moment all I could think of was slitting his gullet as it swayed while he talked.

“Hello......” he said again.

I got a hold of myself and gave a weird smile, “You look worried, need something?” He said.

“Yes, I do! I need you to stop using Joanna” I said and of course to Alexa.

“Oh, no I don’t,” I said to Henry as I turned my back to leave.

“What brought you upstairs then?” he said.

I paused and closed my eyes thinking of what to say, I cleared my throat, turned to face him, and spoke “I guess I missed my way”.

“Missed your way? Weren’t you headed somewhere initially?” he asked.

“Yes, I was” I replied snappishly.

“Where then?!” he inquired.

“Never mind,” I said smilin
