3 days have passed since Rion left me with nothing but a note after his blunt rejection. Three agonizing days.

He hasn't called, he hasn't texted, not even a zing through our bond.

Every time I was tempted to call him, Larose was there to talk some sense into me. She reminded me that if he needed space, then calling him would have the opposite effect. She thinks it's foolish to chase after a man, especially when he doesn't hold a shred of consideration for me.
