Chapter 68: Misha's Heart
It's already 3 am, and the sky's starting to clear up as it waits for the brightness to come but his shallow heart still has darkness in it, the night has ended but his heart's still dark.
The water reached for his feet as if trying to comfort him but it was cold, his body felt numb and his congested lungs suddenly made it hard to breathe.
"Astolfo," someone called. It was a feminine voice and excitement rushed over Astolfo.
"I know you'd come you're just lat–" but his sentence was cut off when he finally had a clear view of that woman who called his name.
"Misha." Astolfo's heart twinged, his hope disappeared with the air.
