Isla was also frustrated and entered the bedroom. She saw Alex lying on her bed and yelled, "Go back to your room!"

"Why should I? Aren't you going to spend the night with me? It's no use picking a date, so let's just do it tonight!"

The doubts in Alex's mind still existed. To avoid Isla going back on her word, the sooner Isla made good on her promise, the better.

Isla frowned. She was reluctant but finally agreed. She picked up a small bottle on the bedside table, poured out a small blue pill, and gave it to Alex.

"Eat this!"

"What is it?"

"Viagra."

"Isla, you're insulting me!"

"I don't want to regret it later! It's non-negotiable. Eat this or get out. Your choice!"

"You...fine, I'll eat it!"

Alex made a decision that was driven by primal impulses and did not even drink water. He just swallowed the pill and pulled Isla onto the bed, then followed the steps that he had fantasized about countless times. He did not know what had gotten into him, but he suddenly felt a little dizzy. His eyelids were getting heavy and felt like sleeping.

He was in the prime of his life and was still a virgin. This was a critical moment yet he felt out of reach!

Was there truly something wrong with...his body?

Alex was so frightened that he began to doubt his life.

Isla, however, suddenly revealed a cold smile. She pushed away Alex, who was lying on top of her, rolled over, and got off the bed. She then quickly adjusted her clothes and said, "Do you really think I'm willing to spend the night with you? Do you think you deserve it? Alex Cohen, I know you're not convinced, but you better keep your mouth shut and don't say anything you shouldn't to my parents. Otherwise, it’ll count as a breach of contract on your part!"

"Are you lying to me? Despicable! Shame on you! Isla, you're going to regret this!"

Alex finally realized that the little blue pill was not Viagra but a sleeping pill!

He was cautious enough, but he still got conned!

Isla did not take Alex's threat to heart. Instead, she picked up her phone and dialed a number.

"Hey honey, didn't you say I haven't accompanied you for a long time? If you're free now, I'll come over to you right away...Okay, see you at the usual place!"

"You even have a boy toy?"

Alex and Isla were not a real couple, but he still could not accept this. His moment of anger sped up the drug’s efficacy, so he fainted...

The next day at noon, Alex woke up.

He did not see Isla at home nor did his calls to her get through, so he was ready to go to Sullivan’s office to find her.

As soon as Alex was done washing up, Hudson Lowe tagged him in the group so that he could watch a video. He clicked on the 30-second video that Hudson had just sent and found that it was Felix Moore arguing fiercely with Quinn Shetford in front of the office. It was so heated, almost to the point of breaking up.

Hudson tagged him once again and attached a sentence: having a friend like you was truly Felix Moore's sorrow!

Alex instantly guessed that Quinn had found out about the money Felix lent him when he looked at this frame!

The more he thought about it, the more guilty he felt and immediately went over to Felix Moore...
