No...where did Alex get the car?

Isla's expression suddenly became heavy.

Before she could figure out where Alex got his savings, he seemed to have bought a new car.

What the hell was going on?

On the other side, Alex was calm as usual.

He could not help but chuckle at the thought of Isla’s aggravated look.

Felix once again gave a thumbs up to Alex.

"Wow, that’s really awesome! Bro, please accept my knee."

Alex shrugged his shoulders.

"Let's talk about you. Why aren't you living with Quinn yet?"

"Soon. We'll be renting a room together when our apartment leases expire."

“Then I'll move my stuff out later…”

Alex originally shared a room with Felix and a colleague named Winson Tall. After Alex moved to Isla's house, his room was taken by another colleague. Those cheap items of his were incompatible with Isla's 10,000-square-meter-plus high-end apartment, so he did not move them over and put them with Felix.

Other than a box of clothes, there was nothing else.

After they arrived at Felix’s place, Alex opened the box and rummaged through it. He shook his head and said, "I don't want any of it. When you move, just throw it all out for me."

"Okay."

Felix nodded his head and agreed.

Alex was just about to leave when Winson pushed the door open.

Winson Tall did not live up to his name. He was not only short, but he also did not win much. However, he was very good at flattering others and relied on his sharp tongue to become Hudson Lowe’s right hand-man. The devious idea of telling Quinn about Felix's loan to Alex was the first thing he came up with.

He already despised Alex, and with Hudson leading the way, he did not miss a beat to mock Alex.

This also made him the person who was hit in the face the hardest when Alex was at the company earlier that day…

At that moment, Winson selectively ignored Alex and excitedly said to Felix, "There's a luxury car parked downstairs. Have you seen it?"

"It's downstairs!"

Winson ran to the window and looked down. He was busy waving at Felix to go over.

Felix held back from laughing and turned to Alex.

"Congrats Bro, on this joyous occasion of getting a godson!"

Winson frowned.

"What do you mean? Felix, don't tell me that car belongs to Alex Cohen!"

"Yup. Just now, after we finished our meal at the Drunken Beauty Restaurant, Alex was the one who drove me back in that car."

"Felix, could you widen your imagination? By the way, do you have some misconceptions about tycoons? Do you think that Alex have become a rich man just because he can take out half a million? Plus, I'm sure only the filthy rich can afford that car!"

"You don't believe me? Wait here…”

Felix went over to Alex and got the car keys. He then went to the window and pressed the unlock button.

The Lamborghini’s signal sounded twice.

Winson saw this scene and was dumbfounded.

Felix locked the car and returned the keys to Alex. He smiled and said to Winson, "You can change how you address Alex. I'll be a witness for you. It's just that this happened so suddenly that we didn't prepare any gifts. But don't worry, your godfather will compensate you generously."
