Humans aren’t supposed to do it for long because it will drain their energy but Chris lasted with sheer willpower. It didn’t only drained Chris but also him. Angels could easily do it but they are advised to only use it during emergency situations. It is a labor for an exiled like him.
He could’ve fed from Chris but he might kill his host if he did, he would, but not until their contract is fulfilled. He walked around to find someone to feed on, but he saw Xavier instead.
The angel looked at him with the usual disgusted look.
