2024-10-29 19:42:56As I stared into the metahuman’s eyes I panicked and looked around me nervously. I gulped and used my hands as I pushed the mutant back into the pond in order to hide him. Then I turned to the demigod, who was still rolling on the grass gleefully.
“Byron!” I yelled. I saw the demigod perked up and saw my hand momentarily rising up and exposing a bit of the metahuman’s head before I pushed it back in. “The sprinklers!”
I was thankful when Byron immediately got my message as he jumped up and raised his palms up before slamming them down and facing the ground.
Water started spraying everywhere; both from the building and the garden. Students started to scream and panic as they all came running outside to avoid getting wet.
