As I spun around in front of the full-length mirror, I took a moment to let the sight of my reflection sink in. The dress that the twins had picked out for me was a mesmerizing blend of elegance and simplicity – white with intricate floral prints and tiny pearls embellishing it. It was shoulderless, revealing a hint of the smooth skin of my collarbone and shoulders. The bodice, crafted from sheer fabric, clung perfectly from my chest to my hips, and the rest of the dress cascaded down to my feet in waves of silky softness.

I had been blessed with numerous luxurious things in life, considering the wealth of my pack. Even so, I could tell that this particular dress was quite a bit pricier than the usual.
