Mate

I had only reached midway when he butted in, slamming his hand against the door. Turning over to me, he stretched forth his hand towards me. I declined and inched closer to him, attempting to push him away from the door when a knock came on it.

"Aiden! Open up this damned door and bring out that wretched maid."The first Luna, Riley, thundered persistently banging her knuckles against the door.

Should I faint? If yes, then I want to lose all consciousness.

I don't even know of when I began pacing to and fro. I ran my hands into my hair, yanking so hard on it I felt I was pulling on my scalp. My teeth grounded and clattered against each other as I pressed my eyes shut, anxiety flapping and bugging my abdomen.

"Just chill."he slowly grumbled at my face, taking my hand in his and stalking off to his closet. Opening it, he practically shoved me inside and quietly shut its door. 

I put my palms together and vehemently began praying in my mind. I hope she doesn't find out. My backs were still aching- Heck, literally my whole body is in a daze of havocking pain. 

"Where's she?"I heard her ask, followed by the clicking of her heels against the tiled flooring. Without seeking a soothsayer, I knew at this moment, she was dating her big shadow eyes at every nook and cranny of the prince's room.

“Who? Wait, you think someone is sabotaging here?"he asked, his voice high-pitched horrifically as if he'd just been told the basic knowledge of the earth being one of the planets.

"You're sure?"Luna asked, her tone of voice bearing disbelief. I mentally facepalmed myself. Jeez, can this woman be any more dramatic. I don't know much about her but she's acting so evil.

When she was finally gone, he opened up the closet and I pushed myself out, oozing out a sneeze. Then, I looked straight into his eyes only for him to burst into a laughing fit.

Why is he laughing?

Cisca, the first Luna asks you to come over and make her bed."I heard a knock on the bathroom and Daisy declaring. Just the sound of her voice to my ears irritates me and gives a kind of spiteful feeling I had never felt before. That cruel Omega! 

I hastily wore the usual brown gown and got out of the small bathroom. I took the small glass of water remaining as of last night and used it to take my medicine.

I was able to avoid it with a few bucks of money left on me that same day my life turned around for the worse. I simply brush my hair down, not bothering to pack it up into a ponytail like I'd always done.

My hand grabbed her room's door knob and I pushed it open, walking in and exhaling the room was empty and clear of her sight.

I walked to the window and drew the curtain slightly, I peeked. I didn't care if I was being sneaky or caught at it. Going on my tippy toes, I slowly crept till I had reached her closet. 

Glancing back, I hastened up and successfully got my hands on its lock. I flinched back when the door opened, her eyes bloodshot as she stared over my shoulder and back then back to my face.

She stalked my way and before I knew it, she grabbed me by the neck and put me up in the air, followed by an agonizing ripping of bones cracking and when I looked down at her, I saw her shifting into her wolf form.

With all my might, I nibbled on my bottom lip and sent forth my knee, jabbing her in the jaw with it.

"!"she cried, dropping me out of her grip and I fell onto the hard floor. 

This is dangerous, she's dangerous. She just changed into her wolf form all because of me. What exactly does she want from me and why was she torturing me so badly?

*Perhaps it was because you destroyed her so called plans* my wolf retorted, causing me to shut it up. If I hadn't stopped it then the prince would have been dead. 

I think the most important question is, why would she want to kill the prince?

"You brat."she lurched after me but I quickly whirled past, ducking my head under her arms and escaping through it. I grabbed the doorknob and ran out, slamming it out to bolt off when my face slammed against a bunky chest.

"Hey damsel, good to meet you halfway."A smug expression was smeared on the hunky guy's face as he stared down at me, licking his lips lustfully. 

My eyes bobbed in shock, actually even more frightened when Luna came out of her room and opened the door wide, waggling an urging brow at the guy as she invited him in.

The guy nodded and I turned, expecting to just go my way as I had no business with them when his muscular veiny arms popped up in between my waist, scooping me into his arms even before the count of one.

"Ah-"He slammed his fist on my mouth and hushed me up, causing my voice to only come out in muffles.

An idea bumped into my head when he conveyed me in with him, Luna closing the door for the evil hunky devil and probably going away in triumph thereafter. I bit into his palms... No, I haven't even done when he dropped me onto the bed as if I was actually one of his play toys he can just dump around.

And that mischievous Luna, wasn't it gross for her she'd got a person to forcefully have his way with him right on her matrimonial bed.

Since his hands were still tightly upon my mouth, I couldn't talk and move an inch. 

"Don't worry, you're going to enjoy this."he mused before starting to trail wet and sloppy kisses up my nape. I gagged in distaste and blood drained from my face when he tugged on my gown.

Not until the door flew open and someone stomped in, conveying a heavy amount of aura on him.

But that wasn't the least of my worries and neither was the guy still staying on top of me but rather what I heard my wolf purr.
