She stood there, arms crossed, her expression a mixture of frustration and concern as she faced him. "You need to get a grip on your anger," she said firmly.

He frowned, looking away from her. "I know," he muttered. "I'm trying."

"Trying isn't good enough," she retorted. "You can't keep losing control like this. You hurt people when you do."

"I don't mean to," he said defensively. "It just… happens."

"That's not an excuse," she replied sternly. "You're an adult, and you need to take responsibility for your actions. But… I understand that it's not easy. That's why I think you should talk to some one who can help you with this.``

He looked back at her, his expression skeptical. "What, like a therapist?" He asked.

"Yes," she said firmly. "Or a counselor, or some one who specializes in anger management. You need to learn how to control your emotions, and I think some one like that can help you."

He shook his head. "I don't know if I want to do that," he said, his voice low.
