“Why are you here, Conrad?”

Esme couldn’t sleep, so she drove to a bar near the university. Surprisingly, she found Conrad there, having drunk to the point of sprawling on the counter.

Conrad was already somewhat drunk, and he looked at the ecstatic Esme.

“I couldn’t sleep so I came over to have a walk. We used to come to this bar all the time.
