“Why are you crying, Aunt Sophia?” Irene was like a small bundle of warmth. She stood up and held Sophia’s hand.

All Sophia did was crouch down, her eyes red, and look at Irene carefully.

“You must have looked like Irene when you were little, right? Madam?”

Fia looked at her and said, “I did, but I’m not as fat though.”
