Chapter 12: His Secret

Stella started putting her things in her luggage while Flora was helping her to do that. "You will bring all of these things there?" Flora asked her, and Stella nodded her head. "You are really moving with him, huh?" Flora told her, and Stella glared at her. "I will use all of those things there." Stella answered and closed the luggage.

They went outside of Stella's room and they saw Remus outside waiting for them. "Are you ready?" Remus asked his daughter, and Stella nodded her head at him. "Can I go with you?" Flora asked Remus, and Remus looked at her. "Yeah, just don't do anything nasty." Remus answered, and Stella looked at her father. "She won't do that!" Stella said and grabbed Flora's hand.

They left the house and went inside the car. Stella looked at Flora to ask her if she was fine. Remus started driving until they reached the house that Alpha Raven was talking to. He stopped the car beside Alpha Raven's car and went outside.

"Oh! Flora, you are also here!" Alpha Raven greeted Flora, and Flora smiled at him. "I want to see my best friend's house." Flora answered and looked at Stella who was also looking at her. "You are really close with Stella, right?" Alpha Raven asked her again, "They have been friends since their childhood." Remus answered, and Alpha Raven nodded his head.

"Should we go inside?" Alpha Raven told them, and they all agreed with him. They went inside and looked around when Stella noticed that there was only one room. "Only one room?" Stella asked Alpha Raven, and he nodded his head at her. "Yes, you don't want—

"It is fine! I am just asking, Alpha Raven!" Stella cut what their Alpha Raven was saying, and Remus immediately looked at her. "I'm sorry!" Stella added, and Alpha Raven smiled at her. "It is fine, Stella! Brandon will be here later so just talk to him if you want some changes here." Alpha Raven said, 

and Stella nodded her head. "Thank you!" Stella said, and they left Stella and Flora inside.

They went into the living room and sat on the couch, "This house is huge for both of you!" Flora said while looking around. "Can I sleep in your house tonight?" Stella asked her, and Flora immediately looked at her. "Why?" Flora asked her and sat beside Stella.

"I can't sleep with him." Stella answered, and Flora smiled at her. Flora tapped her shoulder, "Just sleep on the couch!" Flora told her, which made Stella roll her eyes at her. "That is the only choice that I have." Stella answered and lay on the couch.

Remus entered the house again, and they looked at him. "I'm going home now. Do you want a ride, Flora?" Remus asked her, and Flora nodded her head. "Thank you!" Flora said and looked at Stella. "Goodbye for now and good luck!" Flora told her, and Stella nodded her head.

Her father didn't say anything and left the house. Stella was left alone in the house and started moving her things. She couldn't decide who she would put her things with so she stopped working and went back to the living room. "Why is he taking so long?" Stella asked herself and stayed in the living room.

She felt sleepy so she decided to sleep there. When she heard someone walking near her, she immediately opened her eyes. "Oh! You are awake now." Brandon told her, and Stella immediately sat on the couch. "You should wake me up!" Stella said, and Brandon smirked at her. 

"You are sleeping soundly, why would I ruin that?" Brandon told her and went to the kitchen. "Fine, but how should we put our things?" Stella asked him and followed him into the kitchen. "You can have the room, and I will stay here in the living room." Brandon told her and stopped what he was doing.

"Are you fine with that?" Stella asked her, and Brandon nodded his head. "Yeah! Go and fix your room. " Brandon told her, and Stella walked away.

She went inside the room and saw that there was a bathroom inside. "Dang! This is perfect!" Stella told herself and started putting all her things in the closet.

Stella took an hour to clean the room and after that, she went outside to cook dinner. "What are you doing?" Stella asked Brandon when she saw him in the kitchen. "I will cook for dinner." Brandon answered while looking at his phone. "Wow, do you know how to cook?" Stella asked him, and that's when Brandon looked at her. 

"That's the least thing that I can do to survive." Brandon answered and got a knife. Stella immediately stole the knife from him, "I can cook, Stella!" Brandon told her. "Nah! Just sit on the couch and I will cook!" Stella answered, and Brandon didn't say anything. 

He went to the living room and waited for Stella to finish what she was doing. Stella looked for something to cook and when she saw the ingredients, she started cooking.

It took half an hour for Stella to finish cooking and she was done, she called Brandon from the living room. Brandon immediately smelled what was Stella's cooking and thought that it was good. He went to the dining area and their food was already served.

"You can eat now!" Stella answered and got some water from the fridge. "Can I have some?" Brandon asked her, and she nodded her head. Stella got another glass of water and gave it to Brandon. "Let's eat!" Brandon said, and they started eating.

Stella immediately finished her meal and waited for Brandon to finish too. "You can go to your room now. I will do the dishes!" Brandon told her, and Stella immediately stood up. "Great! Good night!" Stella said and went to her room.

Stella immediately closed the door and held her chest, "That was so awkward!" Stella told herself and went to the bathroom. She took a bath and after drying her hair, she went to sleep.

She woke up in the middle of the night and tried to sneak out. She didn't see Brandon in the living room so she thought that he was also sneaking out. She grabbed her ball cap and went outside the house.

Stella was walking inside the woods when she saw Flora waiting for her there. "Gosh! You are great at sneaking out." Flora told her and laughed at her. "Of course, that is my speciality!" Stella answered and sat beside Flora.

Flora opened a bottle of red wine and gave it to Stella. "This is for me?" Stella asked her, "Yeah, I brought another one for me." Flora answered and opened another bottle of red wine.

"I got some chips!" Stella said and showed Flora the chips that she brought. "You need to be kind to him." Flora told her, and Stella immediately smirked at her. "I am kind to him. I just cooked earlier for our dinner." Stella answered, and Flora gave her a thumbs up. "That is a good start!" Flora said and smiled at her.

"It is not! It is so awkward whenever he is around me." Stella said and drank some wine. "You will get used to it." Flora told her and got some chips. "I hope so!" Stella answered and looked into the sky. "Where is your brother?" Stella asked her, which made Flora look at her. "I guess he is also lurking around." Flora answered and smirked at her.

"Do you think he likes my sister?" Stella asked, and Flora glared at her. "What's with your question? He will never do that!" Flora answered, and Stella looked at her seriously. "I just want to clear my mind!" Stella answered, and Flora patted her shoulder. "Don't worry a lot, chica!" Flora told her and hugged her.

They started drinking the wine and that's when Stella felt tipsy because of the wine. They stopped drinking and Flora looked at Stella, "Are you okay? Can you go home alone?" Flora asked her, and Stella looked at her seriously. "Of course, I can walk alone!" Stella answered and tried to stand up. She went back to sitting when she couldn't stand up. "Just rest for a while!" Flora told her, and Stella nodded her head.

They stayed there for a while until sunrise came, "We need to go!" Flora said, and Stella agreed with her. They stood up from the mat and started walking away. Stella reached their house and went to her room. 

"Where did you go?" She was startled when Brandon appeared from the door. "Nothing, I will sleep now!" Stella told him and lay on her bed. "Did you drink?" Brandon asked her, but Stella couldn't answer him.

Brandon went to her bed to check if she was still awake. He saw that Stella was already sleeping so he went outside her room. 

Stella woke up while having a headache, she sat on her bed and looked around. "Gosh! I almost forget that I am in the new house." Stella told herself and stood up from her bed. She felt dizzy and fell to the bed. Her elbow got bruised so she didn't try to stand again.

"Okay, I will sleep again!" Stella said and went back to her bed. Brandon came home and he couldn't find Stella in the living room. He knocked on her room but no one answered, "I will just check you!" Brandon said and opened the door. He saw Stella was still sleeping so he didn't try to make any noise.

"She's here?" Tyros asked him, and Brandon nodded his head. "Yeah, she's sleeping in her room." Brandon answered and sat on the couch. "Where is your room?" Tyros asked him again, "Here!" Brandon answered and tapped the couch.

"Wow! You are doing a good deed." Tyros said and laughed at him. "Stop pestering me!" Brandon told him and stood up from the couch. "Where are you going?" Tyros asked him, and Brandon looked at Tyros. "I'm going to make a soup for her hangover." Brandon said, which made Tyros surprise.

"Do you know how to cook?" Tyros followed him into the kitchen. "Of course!" Brandon answered and opened his phone.

Stella woke up when she heard noises from outside of her room. "Dang! What is that smell?" Stella asked herself and left her bed. She went outside her room and saw some smoke from the kitchen. She immediately ran towards the kitchen and closed the stove. She looked at Brandon who was carrying some water.

Stella shook her head in disbelief and went back to her room. She took a bath to lessen her hangover. After drying her hair, she left her room and went to the kitchen.

Brandon was cleaning the mess that he made when Stella came into the kitchen. "Are you trying to burn this house down?" Stella asked him and helped him clean the stove. "Of course not!" Brandon answered and looked at her.

"What are you going to cook, huh?" Stella asked him, and Brandon immediately shook his head. "My lunch!" Brandon answered, and Stella nodded her head at him. "What do you want to eat and I will cook it for you?" Stella asked him and that's when Tyros came.

"I got the ingredients that you—

Brandon immediately covered his mouth, and Tyros looked at Stella who was also looking at him. "I didn't know that you are here!" Stella told him, and Tyros smiled at her. "Surprise!" Tyros said and put the plastic bag on the table.

Stella looked inside the plastic bag and thought of a dish that she would cook. "Both of you can wait in the living room." Stella told them, and Brandon grabbed Tyros' arm. "Let's go!" He said and walked towards the living room. 

"What was that, huh?" Tyros asked him, "She didn't know yet!" Brandon said and sat on the couch. "That will be a problem, man!" Tyros told him, and Brandon nodded his head. "I know!" Brandon answered and looked in the kitchen.
