As soon as Carlo was freed, he collapsed in the ground but Rachel helped him get up.

"No, I am fine," said Carlo to Rachel. "Let us go now, I need to confront your father then return back to our home to take care of our kids!"

Rachel looked at Carlo with pity. "No, you are in a bad shape. What happened? Based on your look, you are not beaten up!"

Carlo did not say that he was being molested by Diego as it would cause unnecessary problems. He smiled and pretended that he was okay. "You've got nothing to worry about Rachel, this is something I can handle. I would not have a peace of mind unless I confront your father!"

"But he is not believing that you are not involved in this kidnapping!"

"I don't give a damn about it cause I am very sure that the hostage herself will say the truth and I want to be there when that happens. We should go now!"
