Chapter 70: Hiccup

“Are you saying something?” I asked Shin.

“Huh? Huh?!”

It’s like this guy saw a ghost the way he reacted to my question to him. Am I that ugly this morning and this guy reacts like this?

“Hot dog.” I answered philosophically.

“Hotdog? You want a hotdog flavor?”

I rolled my eyes. Where is this man’s sense of humor? He didn’t understand that I was philosophizing him by saying what he did?

“What are you muttering there?”

After I asked that to Shin, he seemed to have seen a ghost the way his eyes widened.

“Shin, are you really okay? Do you want to eat? Do you want to take me to you the clinic? What? Just tell me.”

It’s true that I’m starting to worry about Shin because of the way he’s acting this time. He seems to be absent from himself and thinking far away.

“What?”

“No. I.. I’m fine. Just hurry up with your food so we can go to the classroom. It’s almost time.”
