Lily pretended to be calm, but her heart was pounding. After all, she didn’t know why Fred let her out. She wondered if the time had come to transfer the queen’s consciousness to her.

‘Am I about to die? Is there no hope at all?’

Fabian looked quite different when Cameron saw him again. The former had lost a lot of weight and had bruises on him. Cameron heard he had fought with the people inside. The unshaven Fabian even looked dull.
