"Why not?" Rhea replied dismissively, "Have you ever considered that we don't know much about the organization? We think it's powerful and mysterious because we've never had contact with the top people.

“We don't know the puppeteer behind the organization or the real mastermind. Indeed, the organization can do many things we can’t and has enough financial resources to support its experiments.

“Still, does that automatically make it invincible?” Her rhetorical question puzzled Mike.

He blinked at her and asked, “What do you mean?”

“I mean, do you genuinely think the organization is as formidable as we imagine?” Rhea smiled and leaned back, looking ahead. “Regardless of how the organization is, it depends on our conjectures and guesses.

“Perhaps it’s not as powerful as we think, and maybe we can take it down before replacing it. People always fear the unknown and are afraid of things they don’t understand. So, we’ve always obediently followed the organization’s orders.

She shrugged
