ISABELLE'S POV.

“ I'm sorry but who are you? Do I know you?” Kristen asked with a confused expression and it felt like my head was about to explode.

“Kristen? It's me, Isabelle, your wife.. don't you remember me?” I asked as I felt my heart beat accelerate.

“ I'm sorry but I don't remember getting married..Can you please get the doctor? My legs hurt.” He calmly said but I stared at him with teary eyes.

I couldn't believe it was happening all over again.

“ Did I say something wrong? Are you okay?” He asked and I shook my head with a smile while trying to fight back my tears.

“ I'll go get the doctor.” I said and Walked out of the room and went to get Stefan who followed me immediately.

Soon I was back in the room with Stefan, a few skilled doctors and they began to examine him.

“ Do you feel any discomfort anywhere?” Stefan asked him while I stood a few feet away from them with my hands clasped behind tightly.

My hands were trembling already but I tried to keep calm as I waited for S
